Despite of pandemic, the Municipal Government of Bagulin under Mayor Virgilio C. Flor continue to deliver services to the Bagulinians, especially to the beneficiaries of the Bagulin Tulong Sulong Program .
The program is part of Mayor Flor’s slogan #BangonBagulin to provide investments for the education of the youth.
The administration believes that the better future of the town and its families are in the hands of the highly-educated youth.

” Ang sabi nga ni Mayor noong orientation nyo, edukasyon ang pinakamagandang regalong maibibigay sa inyo ng inyong mga magulang kaya pagbutihan nyong mag- aral at sikaping makatapos, dahil after you graduate, matutulungan nyo ang pamilya nyo pati na rin ang ating community.”

A farm-to-market road (FMR) sub-project implemented under the Department of Agriculture-Philippine Rural Development Project (DA-PRDP) has brought multiple benefits to residents of Bagulin, La Union.
