Last year in the same month, the Provincial Government of La Union announced Bagulin as the 1st place winner for the Provincial Search for the Cleanest, Safest, and Greenest LGU and Municipal Bodies of Water. Today, June 1, 2021, Mayor Virgilio C. Flor personally received the new utility truck that has been acquired by the LGU as the prize as the winner during the said event. Another LGU Award through the outstanding leadership of the Local Chief Executive Mayor Flor, together with the ever-supportive Vice Mayor Jaime Lictao as well as with the support of all Bagulinians.
